A minimum booking of two nights is standard. Single night stays are occasionally available at a charge of £110.00 per room per night, by telephone enquiry only.
Five-course dinner party meal
£37.50 per person. Saturdays, 7.30pm for an 8pm start. Only available to groups hiring all three rooms in Penmachno Hall.
Packed lunches and hampers
Packed lunch: Filled freshly-baked French roll, two pieces of fruit, chocolate biscuit, crisps and cold drink – £7.50 per person. Flasks filled free of charge. Packed lunches require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, so that any special requirements or particular requests can be catered for.
Specialist picnic hampers: Prices on request. To include for example Champagne, strawberries, smoked salmon, quiche, French bread, pate, salad etc. Contact Lauraine to discuss your requirements
A travel cot and highchair are free of charge, subject to availability. Cot bedding is not normally provided but is also available at a charge of £5 for the duration of your stay.
Laundry: £5 per load, washed and dried. There is no ironing service but an iron and ironing board is provided in each bedroom.
Additional heating, in the form of electric convector heaters, is available in the bedroom for use in very cold weather. For hot weather, fans are supplied in all three bedrooms.
For walkers and climbers there are ample drying facilities for wet coats and boots. A secure shed is available for mountain bikes and we keep a small, emergency stock of spares for purchase.
If you will be dining out, we would be pleased to make your restaurant booking for you, if appropriate. We would also be happy to book you a taxi there and back should you wish to enjoy a glass or two of wine with your meal.
Special Diets can be catered for with prior notice.
Once a booking has been made, and confirmed by us, the following cancellation charges will take effect.
Cancellation charges consist of the first night’s booking, rising to the total cost of the reservation if cancelled less than seven days before check-in.
If you need to cancel for a reason covered by your travel insurance you should be able to recover these cancellation costs.
We would inform you, in advance, if any cancellation charge was to be made.
