Booking conditions

  • Bookings are from 5pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
  • Bookings are regarded as confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the weekly rate.  The balance is due not later than six weeks before the beginning of the holiday.  Short breaks are payable in full at time of booking.
  • Non-payment of the amount due by the required date will be regarded as a cancellation and the owners are entitled to re-let the accommodation.
  • Visitors agree to leave the property in the same condition at the end of the stay as they found it at the beginning.
  • Any damage or breakage should be reported and may be charged for.
