Booking conditions
To confirm a booking we require a valid credit/debit card. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the cost of your stay any time after booking.
Cancellations made any time after booking, and more than seven days before arrival, will be charged a cancellation fee of £200 (the base rate for a one night stay).
Bookings cancelled less than seven days before arrival may be charged at the full booking rate.
Any cancellation charges should be recoverable against standard travel insurance policies where applicable.
Bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10:30am on the morning of departure.
